Texas Every free community needs a church. So does the community behind bars at the Allred Unit. With the help of prison chaplain staff and Field Minister graduates of the TDCJ Offender Seminary at Darrington, nearly 4,000 inmates at Allred will have a safe, supportive place where they can meet Jesus Christ, learn to be moral men, and experience spiritual restoration.

Hamilton Chapel – TDCJ J. W. Hamilton Unit, Bryan, Texas This 350-acre facility is a pre-release unit, where nearly 1,200 men spend the balance of their sentences. A Chapel of Hope can make the difference in a man’s life between returning to the “free world” with the hope, direction, and moral compass he needs to succeed vs. returning to the only life he knows…and prison.
